We've made a very good experience with TWN rent. The staff war really friendly and helpful. The handover was uncomplicated and the car war also in perfect state.
Excellent service received from this car rental agency. It is difficult to arrange rentals from afar sometimes but the staff of TWN Rent made the process smooth and transparent, and accommodated my special request for an automatic car. There were no surprises and everything went according to plan. The staff was also pro-active in explaining some basics of Elba island, including recommending good restaurants across the island. Highly, highly recommend the service and will definitely be dealing with TWN Rent the next time I am on Elba. Thank you for your wonderful service!
Very friendly, helpful and kind! We had the opportunity to be picked up in the centre so that we don’t have to walk to the car rental. Full insurance was no problem, car worked without problems. Very glad we picked this rental station! Daniele is a sweetheart!

Great people, always ready to help and make your day better. Our car (Fiat Panda), which turned out to be perfectly reliable. But that’s not why I loved the place. Here’s why: unlike other car rentals, where I was mechanically referred to the price list, these guys were actually interested in making a deal and willing to meet me halfway when I started bargaining (yes, I confess, I’m cheap and I really wanted to keep to the budget :-P). So, in the end, we got the best price (I checked) in high season. And, importantly, when these guys say “Don’t worry, it’s fine.”, it really means that it’s fine, they’ve taken care of it, and you don’t have to worry. Definitely my first choice next time we’re on Elba!

Super goede ervaring met TWN Rent! Van te voren gebeld en heel fijn gesprek gehad (situatie op Elba met COVID-19 etc). Eenmaal bij aankomst werden wij ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen. Voor €40 hebben wij de hele dag een scooter gehuurd. Werkte perfect en zat ook een koffer aan de achterkant waar bijvoorbeeld 2 helmen in kunnen. Voor €10 extra hebben wij een verzekering voor alles genomen. Diefstal, schade etc. Ik raad dit bedrijf ontzettend aan!

I rented a Honda SH125 scooter for 3 days in August and had a great time. The staff is very nice and at your disposal. The great thing is that it is only 50 meters from the embarkation point. If I come back I will surely take it back from them.
Exceptional service: we rented a scooter for seven days to get around Elba but our B&B was on the other side of the island so we would have had to take a cab once we got off the ship and have the scooter delivered because of the luggage but they called me and offered to take us with the van saving us money. Lots of enthusiasm and courtesy for the two guys at work. Highly recommended!
